Our high grade, Spring harvest green tea is slowly scented with fresh Summer jasmine flowers by placing racks of green tea and fresh jasmine flowers close together. The jasmine flowers are kept cool until night fall when they unfold, releasing their delicate delectable fragrance into the awaiting green tea. This process is repeated several times until the desired flavor is achieved. No perfume or oils are ever added. We add dried jasmine flowers into the tea to bring balance to the high notes of the tea cured with the flowers that have released their most potent fragrance into the green tea.
